For the full sample ballot, visit the Eastham town website. Also, ballots are available in the Town Clerk’s office for the Special Town Election 6/24/25. You can vote in person until 6/23, or they will mail you a ballot up to 6/16.

The question on the ballot is:

Shall the Town of Eastham be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued to pay costs of implementing and constructing Phase 1 of the Town of Eastham Targeted Watershed Management Plan consisting of a wastewater treatment facility, collection, conveyance, and effluent disposal systems, associated pumping stations, and related equipment, design and engineering costs, and including any land acquisition costs and all other costs incidental and related thereto?
